ALTR NATIV — User Hub Policy & Privacy Notice
This explains how ALTR NATIV collects, uses, secures, and retains information in the User Hub, web check-in, and during your stay in Goa. It also defines payment duties for tabs and services.
Summary: ALTR NATIV begins collecting stay data from exactly 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in. Web check-in means you agree to this Policy. Data may be used in anonymized/aggregated form to study and improve services. We secure data with strict access controls. All tabs and service charges must be cleared before checkout; if a balance remains, the payment method on file may be charged as permitted by law and your booking terms.

3) Why We Use Your Data

You may withdraw this consent for future processing by contacting Admin@altrnativ.in. This does not affect processing already performed or processing required for operations, safety, or law.
5) Payments, Tabs & Settlement Duty
- All tabs and service charges must be settled before checkout or leaving the property.
- We may pre-authorize a payment method or place holds for projected charges and incidentals.
- If a balance remains at or after checkout, you authorize ALTR NATIV to charge the method on file for legitimate outstanding amounts, including incidentals and verified damages as allowed by local law and your booking terms.
- Payment processing is performed by PCI-compliant providers; ALTR NATIV stores only the tokens/identifiers needed to charge or refund through those providers, not raw card numbers.
- Receipts are available in the User Hub and/or sent via email/SMS.
6) Security & Access Controls
- Defense in depth: HTTPS/TLS in transit; encryption at rest for sensitive fields where supported; role-based access; IP and session controls; audit logs.

- Segregation: operational data is separated from payment processor credentials; raw payment data is never stored by ALTR NATIV.
- Incident response: if a risk is identified, we investigate and, where required, notify you and/or authorities.
No system is perfectly secure, but ALTR NATIV reviews and improves controls on an ongoing basis.
